曾金发牧师
Rev. Edmund Chan
曾牧师在事工上的双重热情是释经讲道与领导力导师培训。在这两个领域中，他都是受人尊敬的思想领袖，并常受邀在世界各地多个城市担任讲员。
他曾担任新加坡恩约福音教会 (Covenant Evangelical Free Church) 主任牧师达 25年，并于 2012年1月 转型，开始更广泛地服侍基督的身体。他创立了全球有意门徒建造教会联盟 (Global Alliance of Intentional Disciple Making Churches)，并致力于在全球教会中培育高层领袖。
在学术方面，曾牧师于 2003年 以优异成绩完成了美国三一福音神学院 (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School) 的跨文化研究硕士学位 (MA in Missions)，本为两年制课程，他仅用 不到9个月 时间完成，并以最高荣誉毕业 (summa cum laude)。
他也积极参与神学教育，曾在三个国家、四所神学院教授关于门徒训练和领导力的教牧博士课程(D.Min)。他著有多本书籍，包括:《扎根于神》(Growing Deep in God)、《督导方针》(Mentoring Paradigms)、《内在生活陶治》(Cultivating Your Inner Life)、《某确类》(A Certain Kind) 以及《彻底翻转的门徒训练》(Radical Discipleship) 等。
曾牧师与妻子Ann 一同服侍主，二人共同养育了两位收养的女儿，Amanda 和 Belicia。对他们一家来说，“被收养意味着被深爱”。
Rev. Edmund’s twin passion in ministry is expository preaching and leadership mentoring. In both arenas, he serves as an esteemed thought leader and a sought-after speaker in multiple cities around the world. Having served as the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church for 25 years, he transited in January 2012 to serve the Body of Christ at large as the founder of the Global Alliance of Intentional Disciple Making Churches, and to mentor top-level leaders in the global church.
Academically, Rev. Edmund distinguished himself in 2003 by completing a 2-year MA (Missions) degree at the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (USA) in less than 9 months, and graduated summa cum laude. He also contributes to theological education, having taught D.Min courses on discipleship and leadership at four seminaries in three countries. He has written several books, including Growing Deep in God, Mentoring Paradigms, Cultivating Your Inner Life, A Certain Kind, and Radical Discipleship.
Rev. Edmund is married to Ann, who actively ministers alongside him; and they have two adopted daughters, Amanda and Belicia. In his family, “adopted means loved”.

Ps. Ann Chan
曾麦翠莲师母 Ps. Ann Chan 是新加坡圣约播道会资深传道，负责门训与妇女事工，与丈夫曾金发牧师一起担任精心门训教会 (IDMC) 会议主要讲员，传递『门徒训练』的异象至今。
她是一位具备恩赐的教师与领袖，创办了“恩约妇女事工”(Women-in-Covenant, WiC)及“突破营”(Breakthrough Weekends)等事工，并经常在IDMC大会中担任讲员。她亦共同编写了《在基督里的全备生命》(Wholeness in Christ) 课程，帮助女性追求医治与全备。
在 2005 年全职进入教会服事之前，她曾任教育工作者、组织发展培训师、高管教练及人力资源顾问。她与丈夫合著了三本门训书籍：《根与翼》(Roots & Wings)、《生命与传承》(Life & Legacy)及《信心与火焰》(Faith & Fire)。
曾师母是一位教育家, 于1994年在美国播道会三一神学院毕业, 获颁授基督教教育(荣誉)文学硕士学位；曾经在香港、澳洲、美国及伦敦担任督导、讲道及教导工作，与丈夫曾金发牧师育有两位女儿, Amanda和Belicia。
Pastor Ann Chan serves alongside her husband, Rev. Edmund Chan, in championing the Intentional Disciple Making Churches (IDMC) vision globally through Covenant Evangelical Free Church.
A gifted teacher and leader, she pioneered ministries like Women-in-Covenant (WiC) and Breakthrough Weekends, and speaks regularly at IDMC conferences. She also co-authored the Wholeness in Christ curriculum to help women pursue healing and wholeness.
Before entering full-time ministry in 2005, she worked as an educator, organisational development trainer, executive coach, and HR consultant. Together with her husband, she has co-written three discipleship books: Roots & Wings, Life & Legacy, and Faith & Fire.
Pastor Ann holds a degree from Singapore Bible College and a Master of Arts in Christian Education (Honours) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (USA). She and Rev. Edmund have two daughters, Amanda and Belicia.
